Located in Carlingford, this new childcare centre is designed to support the learning and safety of up to 63 children. Built on a sloping site, the centre addresses complex civil and stormwater requirements with a practical and sustainable design.
The layout includes well-planned indoor and outdoor spaces that encourage play and learning in a safe and engaging environment. Sustainable features, such as efficient water management and environmentally friendly materials, are integrated into the design to create a space that benefits both children and the community.
SDCW successfully managed and coordinated the Land & Environment Court process while negotiating with Council to achieve the best, fairest and most beneficial outcome.
